Paul I. Miller, Pastor

Paul Miller, born and raised in Keokuk, Iowa, graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene College (now MidAmerica Nazarene University) in 1974. He has held pastorates in: Montgomery City, Missouri (1974-1978); Des Moines Highland Park (1978-1984); Ottumwa Trinity (1984-1995); and Cedar Rapids Oakland (1995-2004).

Pastor Miller and his wife, Kay, are the parents of four children: Danny and his wife LaDonna live in Spring Hill, Kansas and have three children: Ashley, Austin, and Amber; Melody and her husband, Chip, live in Omaha, Nebraska and have two children; Grant and Bryce; Darron lives in Des Moines, Iowa; Dustin and his wife Brenna live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

James R. Gauer, Minister of Music/Youth

James Gauer, born and raised in Sullivan, Missouri, graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene College (now MidAmerica Nazarene University) in 1990. He has been on staff at Southside Church of the Nazarene in Muncie, Indiana as Youth Pastor (2001-2003), and at Henryetta Church of the Nazarene in Henryetta, Oklahoma as Worship and Youth Pastor (2003-2005)

Pastor James and his wife, Tammy, are the parents of three children: Emily 17, Amanda 13, and Evan 11. James enjoys hunting and other outdoor activities. He also collects jeeps of any size. Spending time with his family is also a high priority.
